I dunno just something I found interesting (that or I’m rambling because I’m tired-). With theirs basically being cuphead and Mugman working with king dice and the devil while mine is cuphead and Mugman working with king dice to basically try and get revenge on the devil and save everyone. The thing I find kinda funny though is the aus are kinda opposite even though theirs inspired this one. Especially the muns art style I highly recommend following it). And as for the artwork it’s all just concept stuff, I’ll make more polished stuff later when I get some sleep (I’m considering redoing the ref sheet thing because it’s rushed and I don’t like how it turned out-)Īlso one final note this au was actually inspired by (I just found that blog recently and I love it.
So, king dice reluctantly joined the brothers to get revenge on the devil. So, the devil basically demoted king dice and kicked him out of the casino. In this au the boys never fought the devil after king dice but the latter still got demolished by them. Debtor au was the best name I could come up with that or maybe the runaway au? but it’s almost midnight so-)Īnd speaking of the debtors now that the devil has their souls instead of like dragging them to hell or something he’s turned them into demons to try and catch cuphead and Mugman while they try and scramble back home to see if elder kettle has any way of helping them since everyone else is trying to kill them atm except him and another unlikely person. Cuphead and Mugman though basically end up on the run while slowly turning into demons (cuphead more so than Mugman because he got them into this mess to begin with) being just like the runaway debtors they fought to get the contracts in the first place (or kinda.
So I might’ve come up with another au because you can’t have too many of those- that aside this au for cuphead I’m calling the debtor au.īasically it’s an alternate version of the bad ending where instead of cuphead and Mugman working with the devil the latter tries to steal the two brother’s souls and take the contracts and he does succeed on the latter.
